Please allow 3–5 business days for order preparation before shipping. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping is estimated per zip code and per order size.

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.

We do not offer local pickup or home delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

Because our products are handmade to order, we generally do not accept returns for changes of mind.
